Your needs are of great importance. I can individualize services to you and your pets, here is a list of the services we offer:
During the initial consultation, I will come to your home and meet with you and your pets. Generally, this is a great time to get to know you and your pets a bit better and discuss any individual needs you may have. I will have you complete some paperwork, including the date of pet’s prior rabies vaccination, show me around your home, and provide me with a key. I generally hold on to keys as this makes it easier for next time.
We’re here for you when you’re heading off on a vacation, short trip, or overnight stay—or if you’re in the hospital or an extended-care facility—or if your work schedule doesn’t allow you to spend quality time with your pets. We can visit with your pets and smother them with love and affection. Visits are individualized to you and your pets. We can make a number of visits a day or just one, depending on you and your pet’s individual needs.
All visits include:
- Pet play time, individualized to your pet
- Lots of love and affection
- Feeding and fresh water
- “Accident” clean ups, litter box, cage or tank cleans
- Any other individual pet needs
- Medication administration
I will give you a daily ‘happy pet’ update either via text or email including photos, whichever you prefer when you are gone.
I offer overnight pet sitting. I will stay in your home overnight from 9pm till 7am. Lots of affection will be given to your pets, we’ll have playtime, an evening and/or morning walk if that’s routine for your dog. I will try and keep as close as possible to your pet’s regular routine.
All overnight pet sitting includes:
- Pet play time, individualized to your pet
- Lots of love and affection
- Feeding and fresh water
- “Accident” clean ups, litter box, cage or tank cleans
- Medication administration
- Bring in mail/newspaper
- Water plants
- Open and close blinds/shades; turn on/off lights
- Putting out garbage
- Food necessities for your return (talk to me about this)
If you have pets for companionship and feel you need extra help in taking care of them, whether it be dog walking or pet care visits I can help you and your pet.
If you need to go into hospital, you require a longer period of time for rehabilitation after surgery and you want to come home to a happy, healthy pet I can individualize a care package for your pet. Discounts available for longer term pet care.
I offer dog walking from 9am daily. Walks are either 30 minutes or 60 minutes in length. I will generally walk in the area your dog is used to in order to keep on his/her regular schedule.
Fresh water, food, a bit of playtime and then a good bye cuddle are then in order, till next time!
If you have no pets, but just want to know your house is safe and secure while you’re gone I can stay overnight, or can make once or twice daily visits. I can have your fridge/groceries stocked for your return.
Daily visits (1 visit)
- Open/close blinds/shades based on your preference
- Alternate lights based on your preference
- Take out garbage/recycling on appropriate days (bring in following day if 1 daily visit)
- Water plants/outside and inside
- Take in mail/newspaper
- Optional fridge stock/groceries
Twice daily visits
- Open blinds/shades morning visit, close blinds/shades evening visit
- Alternate lights based on your preference
- Take out garbage/recycling on appropriate days in morning
- Bring garbage/recycling containers in (same evening)
- Water plants/outside and inside
- Take in mail/newspaper
- Optional fridge stock/groceries
Overnight stay
- I will stay in your home from 9pm till 7am, making it more safe and secure
- Open blinds/shades morning, close blinds/shades evening
- Alternate lights based on your preference
- Take out garbage/recycling on appropriate days in morning
- Bring garbage/recycling containers in (same evening)
- Water plants/outside and inside
- Take in mail/newspaper
